The modern manufacturing line by Truetzschler allows production of nonwoven materials from both 100% cotton and a blend of cotton, viscose, and polyester fibers in various ratios.

Online-tracking of parameters of production ensures stable quality of nonwoven fabrics. Additional control of quality and product safety is ensured by the presence of a metal detector and a fiber analyzing system.
FLEXIBILITY
Our production technology allows manufacturing of nonwoven material with a wide range of basic weight, from 35 gsm to 220 gsm. The slitting system allows to have cutting widths from 75 mm to 2400 mm. Fiber hydroentangling system Aquajet makes it possible to produce both plain and embossed fabrics.

RESOURCE SAVING
The line is equipped with a two-stage reverse osmosis filtration unit, which allows to retain up to 99% of all dissolved organic and inorganic impurities, while maintaining a continuous flow of water into the system. Our energy- and resource-saving filtration system allows to use process water in a closed cycle.
